Crypto Update
Binance says 90% replenished. Can you withdraw yet?
Original source published:
A reserve report can show progress. It does not automatically reopen the exit for your crypto. The latest announcements show why those two things need separate checks.

What is new?
On 31 October, Binance reported that 90% of the affected amount had been replenished. It also published a new reserve snapshot and later said a transfer from its SAFU emergency fund was complete.
These are more concrete steps than a promise to provide money. They remain Binance’s statements, not independent proof that every customer has been fully repaid.
Can you withdraw now?
The same official update does not announce that withdrawals have restarted. Binance is targeting Sunday 1 November. A planned date is not confirmation that the service already works.
Imagine a fictional shop restocking its shelves while its collection desk remains closed. More stock and an open desk are different things. In the same way, a reserve announcement alone does not establish that you can make a withdrawal.
What does a reserve report tell you?
It is a snapshot of certain assets. Binance says the additional technical proof for this new snapshot is expected on 3 November. That is not the same as a completed verification today.
The U.S. PCAOB investor advocate explains generally that a reserve report is not a full audit. A picture of assets does not automatically reveal every obligation, security control or future availability. That general guidance is not an investigation of this particular incident.
What can you usefully check?
Ask two separate questions: what replenishment is being reported, and which service is actually available? Open the official app or website yourself. Do not rely only on a headline or a shared screenshot.
Do not let an unknown helper take payment or log in for you to “unlock” a withdrawal. Never share your password, login code or recovery phrase. A genuine restart should be available through the official service.
